Returns & Refunds
The majority of Bauldry Botanicals products are printed and produced following receipt of an order and are not held in stock.
Orders may enter production shortly after purchase. Customers wishing to amend or cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible. Where production has not yet commenced, we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests.
We strongly recommend ordering samples where available and reviewing all measurements, specifications, colour choices and product details before placing an order.
European Union Orders
Where products are manufactured to a customer’s specifications, made to measure, or otherwise produced specifically following receipt of an order, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are produced specifically following receipt of an order. This includes fabrics, wallpapers, made-to-measure curtains, blinds, cushions and other bespoke furnishings.
As these products are produced specifically for each order, cancellation or return rights may be limited once production has commenced, except where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements, ordering errors, or where a customer no longer requires the item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 28 days of delivery at hello@bauldrybotanicals.com.
Where possible, we may request photographs to help assess the issue.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:
• A replacement product
• A repair where appropriate
• A refund where required under applicable consumer legislation
The most suitable resolution will be discussed with you directly.
Returning Approved Items
Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
As many Bauldry Botanicals products are produced specifically following receipt of an order, returns are only accepted where authorised by us and where applicable consumer legislation requires a return remedy.
If a return has been authorised, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been received.
For international returns, please clearly mark the parcel as:
“Returned Goods”
to help avoid unnecessary customs charges.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that import duties, customs charges and local taxes applied by your country cannot be refunded by Bauldry Botanicals.
Samples
We encourage customers to order samples before placing larger orders. Variations in screen displays, lighting conditions and natural material characteristics may affect how colours appear in person.
