How Can I Track My Order?
When you place an order directly with Bauldry Botanicals (not through a third party website or store) - despatch and tracking information will be emailed to the account provided.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
When purchasing your carts contents, there are several delivery options including UK, Europe, USA and Australia. If your home is not listed please contact us at hello@bauldrybotanicals.com and we can obtain a quote for you. Please note any taxes that may occur when shipping overseas is the responsibility of the customer.
How Much Will My Fabric Cost To Be Delivered?
When purchasing fabric it is usually best to have the material rolled. However this creates an extra large parcel and must be specially handled, with an additional oversized charge. Fabrics less than 10 meters we suggest folding and packaging up to create a more cost effective delivery. If you require special consideration, please contact us prior to ordering, or attach a note in the purchasing section.
What Are The Delivery Times?
Lead and Delivery times are stated on each creation in the Bauldry Botanicals collection. We estimate 3-5 days for UK and allow 10-14 days for all EU and Worldwide orders. If you require expedited shipping please contact to arrange a quote.
Additional Information
All creations are sent using the most cost effective shipping provider including UPS, DHL and Royal Mail.
Customs and import taxes to be paid by the customer and are not included within the price.
International Cushion Orders
All cushion covers can be shipped worldwide; however only UK & Europe customers can receive with a cushion pad due to shipping costs. Any standard cushion can be inserted on arrival worldwide. Please contact us for further advice.
