Terms of Purchase
Introduction
These Terms of Purchase govern the sale of products by Bauldry Botanicals. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Product Information
We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, dimensions and specifications are as accurate as possible.
Due to differences in screen settings, devices and printing processes, colours may appear differently from those displayed online. We recommend ordering samples where available before placing larger orders.
As many of our products are produced using natural fibres and specialist printing techniques, minor variations in colour, texture and finish may occur and are considered part of the character of the product.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Bauldry Botanicals products are made to order specifically for each customer.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fabrics
- Wallpapers
- Made-to-measure curtains
- Made-to-measure blinds
- Cushions
- Other bespoke home furnishings
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, quantities, colour selections and specifications are correct before placing an order.
Once production has commenced, orders for made-to-order or bespoke products cannot usually be amended or cancelled.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch begins.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order request.
Acceptance of an order occurs when we confirm that your order has entered production or has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock availability issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
Samples
Samples are provided to assist with colour, scale and material selection.
Due to batch variations, print runs and differences in materials, samples should be used as a guide and may not always be identical to the final product received.
Wallpaper Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that wallpaper is inspected prior to installation.
Please check all rolls carefully upon receipt and before any cutting, decorating or installation work begins.
Bauldry Botanicals cannot accept responsibility for installation costs, labour charges or consequential losses where wallpaper has been installed before a fault has been reported.
As colours may vary slightly between production batches, we recommend purchasing the full quantity required for a project at the same time wherever possible.
Wallpaper should be installed by a suitably experienced decorator and in accordance with the installation guidance provided.
Fabric Suitability and Usage
Customers are responsible for determining whether a fabric is suitable for its intended application.
Different fabric bases possess different characteristics and performance properties. While we are happy to provide guidance, the final responsibility for fabric selection rests with the customer.
We recommend obtaining fabric samples prior to purchase and conducting any necessary suitability, durability or fire-retardancy assessments required for a particular project.
Bauldry Botanicals cannot accept responsibility for the performance of a fabric when used for an application for which it was not designed or recommended.
Customers undertaking upholstery, commercial, hospitality or contract projects should ensure that all relevant regulations and performance requirements are met before use.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
While every effort is made to meet stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to production schedules, supplier availability, courier services, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.
Bauldry Botanicals shall not be liable for losses arising solely from delivery delays.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees or local charges imposed by their country.
These charges are not included within the purchase price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, imagery, content and product designs remain the intellectual property of Bauldry Botanicals.
Products are supplied for personal or commercial end use and may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, resold as artwork or otherwise used to create competing products without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bauldry Botanicals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Nothing within these terms excludes any rights provided to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.
